Meghan Louttit, Deputy Editor, Digital News Design, The New York Times

 

 

Meghan Louttit is the deputy editor of Digital News Design at The New York Times, where she leads a team that designs and builds custom story forms, interactive experiences and tools, in addition to collaborating with reporters, editors and other visual teams to develop new ways of telling stories. She is also working with training teams to develop a strategy for elevating design thinking in the newsroom.

 

Before coming to The Times as a multimedia editor, she was a homepage editor at The Washington Post. Her work has been recognized by the Society for News Design, the News & Documentary Emmys and the Online News Association.
